Previously only selected Tiddlyspot sites were permitted by the proxy. Now you can import tiddlers from any Tiddlyspot site. This should be useful if you have multiple Tiddlyspot sites and you would like to transfer or dynamically fetch content from one to another. It also allows TiddlyChatter to work nicely across Tiddlyspot sites.
Ps, anyone know if IncludePlugin works from one Tiddlyspot site to another via the proxy?

Will this proxy service make it possible to use the RSSReaderPlugin to get feeds when my file is hosted at tiddlyspot.com? Currently I can only get the RSSReaderPlugin to work with feeds from Haloscan and this website only.

No we won't open up the proxy access to everything for fear of abuse. See here for more explanation.
