I believe we were offline for about eight hours yesterday. Apologies for this major inconvenience. It looks like Dreamhost (our hosting provider) has had some technical issues (see here and it looks like they're resolved now so hopefully things are back to normal. If you're a regular Tiddlyspot user you might want to bookmark dreamhoststatus.com and check it for updates whenever we go down.
